The M13/40 was the most numerous tank in service with
the Italian Army. It saw action mainly in North Africa. But its smaller gun
and light armor made it ineffective against the British armored divisions. Many
of these tanks were captured and used by the British and their allies in the
desert campaign. The model is from Tamiya, and I made the sand bags on the
front of the tank from Apoxy putty. It's a nice little kit.
